At the corner of 33rd and Pine Crescent, Formwerks Architecture has designed a collection of townhouses in a side-by-side duplex configuration, complete with tumbled brick exteriors, grand entrances, backyard patios and terraces overlooking the park.
This was a complete rebuild of an original rancher home on Douglas Bay Road in Powell River. Large windows, indoor/outdoor living, multiple fireplaces, state-of-the-art mechanical systems, wood paneling throughout, and hand-crafted vaulted ceilings all lend to this exceptional waterfront build.
